Meet Veronica

Veronica Diaz, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned bilingual HR professional with a passion for building workplaces where people and business thrive together. With deep experience in HR compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, and inclusive strategy, she has worked closely with small businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations.​

 

Veronica holds the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential and brings a comprehensive understanding of both regulatory requirements and modern workplace dynamics. She earned a Master’s degree in Organizational and Human Resources Development, a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation, and is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.​

 

As the founder of Abilingual HR Consulting Services, Veronica brings not only technical HR knowledge, but also cultural fluency, empathy, and a dedication to helping clients align their HR practices with their mission and values. Her goal is to make HR approachable, strategic, and accessible to every organization, regardless of size or industry.
